The Fallowing Board positions are Vacant:

Treasurer Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the incoming and outgoing payment for CPAC checking and savings accounts, reconciling monthly.
  2. Provide monthly financial reports detailing and summarizing operating expenses and revenue for the CPAC. Works in close partnership with President, Membership Director, and Program Director.
  3. Maintain permanent financial records of CPAC in conjunction with the President and liaison with CPAC bookkeeper and tax accountant.

Secretary Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and maintain invitation and meeting documentation for all board meetings, including the taking and distribution of meeting minutes.
  2. Ensure that required filings as a non-profit corporation are completed and submitted on time
  3. Maintain and manage CPAC google drive, including CPAC documentation

Program Director Responsibilities:

  1. Develop appropriate program agendas and topics, and secure speakers and locations
  2. Provide meeting information and additional details to the Public Relations Director for inclusion in CPAC communications
  3. Capture meeting attendance for each meeting and maintain list to provide documentation for CEU requirements for members and attendees

Symposium Director Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a committee to plan and execute the Annual Symposium, including event staff, roles, location, budget (approval by the President and Treasurer), communication, and registration
  2. Work in partnership will all board members to ensure high quality planning and execution
  3. Develop detailed Symposium Agenda, identify, and secure speakers and vendors

Vice President Responsibilities:

  1. Develop awareness of CPAC activities and process to ensure appropriate continuity of leadership
  2. Work with the President, ensuring planning and execution to meet the needs of the CPAC members and BC/DR profession
  3. Lead and represent CPAC in absence of the Chapter President
