Emergency Operation Centers Providing "Private Sector" representation in city/county Emergency Operation Centers, EOCs, is a major goal, identified in CPAC's by-laws. By facilitating and providing private sector desk staffing, CPAC fosters open communication between the public and private sectors during local or regional emergencies that require EOC activation. CPAC members wishing to serve in an EOC must be certified to have completed specific training, as designated by CPAC and the EOCs in which the the CPAC member will serve. Current CPAC members interested in serving in an EOC should contact the EOC coordinator responsible for the specific EOC in which the member is interested. Please consider that since regional events may affect the organization for which you work, the most appropriate EOC to which you may apply, may not be in your city or county. EOC Coordinators:
